Update: the support agent closed the ticket and didn’t offer any resolution before just putting the charge through. Really trying to get some support on this. @CloudflareHelp

Update: The invoice issued and charged at $911.56. Case 02310917 was closed pending the invoice, so I have opened case #02321866 with the invoice number as support asked. D1 writes on the account have been zero since 3 September and the databases are off D1. @CloudflareHelp
