Sorry to jump into this thread, but I'm in almost the same situation. A looped Durable Object left me with a $655.83 bill. My case has had no reply for 25 days, and Cloudflare says my services will be downgraded Aug 21. Could you help surface case 02252354 too?

@eastdakota @Cloudflare My account was downgraded to Workers Free today while case 02252354 is still under billing review. I asked for a hold before the deadline and got no confirmation. The bill came from a fixed Durable Object loop on a dev app with no users. Please help.

mine transacted with Cloudflare about 700M times because of a broken DO alarm 🥲 no users, just a dev app, then a $655.83 bill. i fixed it and opened case 02252354 a month ago. still no billing decision and now i’m downgraded. can someone pls help? i really can’t afford this
